Tessa Blanchard "Asked for and Secured" Release From TNA

According to Sean Ross Sapp and Fightful Select, Tessa Blanchard is no longer with TNA. This marks the second time the former TNA Knockouts and TNA World Champion has departed from the company.

According the Fightful, this does not affect Tessa's status on the CMLL roster.

There is no word currently about why Blanchard requested her release, but this marks a trend of wrestlers leaving the company over the last several months -- most recently being Steve Maclin and Myla Grace.
